Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for State-respondents.
This is second writ petition filed by the petitioner with regard to the same recovery proceeding of loan. Earlier he approached this Court by way of Writ-C No. 46340 of 2016, which was disposed of directing the petitioner to deposit the loan amount due in easy installments.
The petitioner has not complied the order dated 26.9.2016 passed in the aforesaid writ petition.
This writ petition is not maintainable and is hereby dismissed.
