A request has been made to modify the order dated 23.11.2020 passed by this Court to the extent that the court of Aligarh may be directed to accept the draft of Rs.5,00,000/- if the applicant deposits the same under protest.
In case, applicant deposits Rs.5,00,000/- by way of draft with the court concerned at Aligarh, the same shall be accepted by it.
Put up this case on 5th August, 2021 as an unlisted case.
