1. Heard Sri Mayank Singh, Advocate, holding brief of Sri Vijay Kumar, learned counsel for petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondents and perused the record.
2. Disputing claim of respondent 3 with regard to caste certificate, a complaint has been made to respondent 2 but no final decision has been taken.
3. Learned Standing Counsel fairly submitted that in case such a complaint of petitioner is pending and has not been decided so far, the same would be decided expeditiously.
4. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the competent authority to take a final decision on petitioner's aforesaid complaint after giving opportunity of hearing to all concerned parties in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
