Through this writ petition, the petitioner who is working as an administrative officer in Maharishi Vidya Mandir, Allahabad has challenged the transfer order dated 13.5.2010 by which petitioner has been transferred from Allahabad, U.P. to Kondapur, R.R. District Andhra Pradesh.

Sri Ram Lal Singh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner could not establish before the Court that Maharshi Shiksha Sansthan is an state within the meaning of Article 12 of the Constitution of India.

In view of that the writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
