The report of Joint Registrar (Listing) dated 23.1.2010, shows that Hon'ble Senior Judge has ordered for placing this petition at my residence today at 5.00 A.M. on account of extreme urgency. Consequently, the petition was presented today at 5.00 P.M. at my residence.
Notice on behalf of opposite parties No. 1 to 7 and 9 to 11 has been accepted by leaned Chief Standing Counsel, while on behalf of opposite party No.8, a caveat has been filed by Sri R.S. Shukla, Advocate.
Counsel for the petitioner states that inspite of his efforts, he could not be contacted.
List/put up on Monday i.e. 25.1.2010, as fresh.
In the meantime, learned Standing Counsel will seek instructions.
