JUDGMENT / ORDER

The case is taken up in the revised.
None is present to press this revision on behalf of the revisionist.
The revisionist - Mithilesh Kumar Tripathi, filed this revision against the impugned order dated 21.04.1997 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mau, where he requested through application for releasing of the vehicle. Moreover I think that even after 18 - 19 years, the release of the motor still needed. Certainly this application has become infructuous.
The revision is dismissed as infructuous.
