Heard Sri Sanjay Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Baleshwar Chaturvedi,learned Counsel appearing for the electricity department.
In substance the petitioner appears to be aggrieved by non disposal of his representation dated 10.2.2016 made before the respondent Executive Engineer.
Without entering into the merit of the representation, we dispose of the writ petition with the direction to the Respondent to pass appropriate order on the representation of the petitioner dated 10.2.2016 in accordance with law expeditiously but not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of the this order.
It will be open to the petitioner to annex a xerox copy of his earlier representation along with the certified copy of this order.
