The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the judgement and order dated 24.10.2019 passed in Writ Petition No.2522 of 2019 (Mithai and others Vs. State of U.P. and others).
After some arguments, learned counsel counsel applicant prays that the present contempt application be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to approach the Writ Court itself.
Prayer is allowed.
