Heard Sri P. K. Vishwakarma, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Udit Chandra, holding brief of Sri Ravi Anand Agarwal, learned counsel for the opposite party.
Counter affidavit to the second affidavit of compliance has been filed by Sri P. K. Vishwakarma, learned counsel for the applicant today in the Court. The same is taken on record.
The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for wilful disobedience of the judgement and order dated 12.08.2011 passed in Writ Petition No.45886 of 2011.
A second affidavit of compliance has been filed by the opposite party. In the aforesaid compliance affidavit, it is stated that a decision has already been taken on 09.08.2019 by the opposite party pursuant to the order passed by this Court.
In view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that since the order passed by this Writ Court has been duly and fully complied with in its letter and spirit, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application.
Accordingly, the present contempt application is dismissed.
In case, the applicant is still aggrieved, he is at liberty to challenge the same before the appropriate forum.
