Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Surya Bhan Singh, learned Standing Counsel.
Present writ petition has been preferred for a direction to respondents to ensure payment of the entire arrears of his salary amounting Rs.23,32,111/- as due on the date of his retirement i.e. 28.2.2018 with 18% interest along with benefits of annual increments and recommendations of 6th and 7th Pay Commission report applicable on 1.1.2006 and 1.1.2016 respectively and for a further direction to respondents to ensure payment of remaining 10% GPF amounting Rs.45,475/-.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and with the consent, the writ petition stands disposed of with observation that in case the petitioner makes fresh representation ventilating his grievances to the authority concerned within one week, the same would be addressed strictly in accordance with law in further six weeks.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioner alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
