THIS PETITION IS COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER Petitioner has sought for the following reliefs in the present writ petition:
(1) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the proposal of 4th respondent to approve and grant aid to the post of Lecturer in Mathematics as forwarded by the 3rd respondent in its report dated 14.12.2018 bearing No.¸ÀASÉå:-J1.¥À¥ÀƲE/G¤PÉÆ/««014/ºÉ.ºÀÄzÉÝ ¨sÀwð/2/18-19/464 vide Annexure-G.
(2) Issue such other writ, order or directions as this Hon’ble Court deems fit to be granted in the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity.
2. Matter is pending consideration before respondent No.2 in respect of approval and grant-in-aid to the post of Lecturer in Mathematics. Till date, there is inaction on the part of respondent No.2. Therefore, respondent No.2 is hereby directed to take a decision and pass suitable order and communicate the same to the petitioner. The above exercise shall be completed within a period of 10 weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Accordingly, petition stands disposed of. In view of disposal of the appeal, I.A.1/19 also stands disposed of.
