In the present matter this Court vide order dated 28.7.2014 had granted ten days' time to learned counsel for Shiksha Parishad to file reply to the supplementary affidavit filed by the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that till today no reply has been filed by Shiksha Parishad.

List is revised. No one appears on behalf of the respondent. As a last opportunity, two weeks' and no more time is granted to the counsel for Shiksha Parisahd to comply with the order dated 28.7.2014.

Counsel for the petitioner will inform in writing to Sri V.B. Singh, counsel for Shiksha Parishad about this order within 24 hours.
