Respondents (By Sri.T.Seshagiri Rao, Advocate for R1 to R3) *** This Writ Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying to quash the impugned order dated 03.04.2019 passed by 28th Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge, Mayo Hall of Bangalore (CCH-29) O.S.No.25491/2012 Annexure-A.
This Writ Petition coming on for Orders this day, the court made the following:
ORDER The present writ petition is filed seeking writ of certiorari to quash the order dated 03.04.2019 made in O.S.No.25491/2019 on the file of 28th Addl. City Civil and Sessions Judge, Mayohall, Bengaluru (CCH-29).
2. When the matter came up before this Court on 23.04.2019, on the submissions made by learned counsel for both the parties, this Court directed the plaintiff and defendant to appear before the trial Court on 24.04.2019 or any other date fixed by the learned Judge and address arguments on I.A. for temporary injunction.
3. Learned counsel for both the parties fairly submit that in view of the order passed by this Court on 23.04.2019, I.A. for temporary injunction was taken up for consideration and arguments were addressed by both the counsel and now the matter is posted for orders today i.e. on 26.04.2019.
In view of the above submission, the prayer sought in the present writ petition does not survive for consideration.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
