ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“to issue an appropriate Writ order or direction more particularly, one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, forbear from giving effect to the impugned No.MBBS Admissions 2014-15 NCC Merit List, dt: null passed by respondent No.1 in not providing quota for Women BC(E) under NCC Category in MBBS Admissions 2014-15 in OU Region, as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to Rules and Regulations and wholly unconstitutional and consequently, to direct respondent No.1 to provide the said quota forthwith by according the seat to the petitioner as per the above reservation, if necessary by cancelling the proposed admission to the private respondents.”
At the hearing, Sri B.Kiran Kumar, learned counsel representing Dr.K.Lakshmi Narasimha, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 18.09.2014, is vacated and W.P.M.P.No.34882 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for interim relief stands dismissed as infructuous.
