JUDGMENT / ORDER

It is stated that petitioner has qualified in the entrance test yet has not yet been admitted by the college despite direction issued by the University.
Despite notices having been served, none has appeared for respondent Nos. 2 and 3.
Learned counsel appearing for the University shall obtain specific instructions as to why petitioner has been denied admission. The concerned college shall also be informed in that regard.
