JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents and perused the record.
Present petition has been filed with a prayer that the Court below i.e. Additional District Judge, Mathura be directed to expedite the hearing and decide the Small Cause Revision No. 05 of 2015 within a time bound period.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is finally disposed of with the direction to the Additional District Judge, Mathura to expedite the hearing of the aforesaid case and decide the same on its own merit, in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a self verified copy of this order and no unnecessary adjournments shall be granted to the parties provided there is no legal impediment as well as the functioning of the court is not affected by any reason related to COVID-19 Pandemic.
With the aforesaid observations/ directions, the present petition is finally disposed of.
