Heard Mr.Utkarsh R. Sharma, learned advocate for the petitioner. It is submitted by him that the property of the petitioner, consisting of one room and one shop, in two floors, has been wrongly demolished by the respondent-Surat Municipal Corporation, as the said property does not fall within the area reserved for a Secondary School and playground, but is beyond the said area. It is further submitted that, in fact, the Office of the Municipal Corporation is situated in the plot reserved for Secondary School and playground, but that has not been removed.
