Civil Misc. Withdrawal Application No.2 of 2019.
In support of the withdrawal application, a supplementary affidavit stating to be the affidavit of the petitioner has been filed today.
It is sought to be contended that the petitioner had approached his previous counsel with the request to grant no objection on the Vakalatnama which is signed by him so that he may engage another counsel to file withdrawal application.
However, the then counsel has refused to give no objection and even sign the withdrawal application. The name of Shri Shambhavi Nandan, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner is shown in the cause list. He is not present in the Court.
In view of the said statement in the supplementary affidavit filed in support of the withdrawal application, the application is allowed.
The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order, if any, stands discharged.
