JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has come forward challenging the demand raised by the 2nd respondent in the meter card in respect of Service Connection No.142-30-213 for the month of April-May 2004 and seeking to issue direction to the respondents to conduct a thorough examination of the meter, electricity cable, etc., in respect of Service Connection No.142-30-213 and rectify the defects.
2. When the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing on 05.09.2017, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Writ Petition was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 06.09.2017 (today).
3. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
