The grievance made by the applicant in the present application is that though the High Court had directed the opponents to place the applicant in the Direct Payment Scheme floated by the opponents, the said direction is not complied with by the opponents. Mr. A.Y.Kogje, learned A.G.P. has produced a photostat copy of order dated July 24, 2001, passed by the Joint Director, Education [College], Gujarat State, Gandhinagar, which indicates that the applicant is now placed in the Direct Payment Scheme of the Government. As the grievance made in the application now stands redressed, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application. Permission to withdraw the application is granted. Notice is discharged with no orders as to costs. The application stands disposed of as withdrawn.
