1.Ms. Mita Panchal, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, informs the Court that Mr.N.D.Nanavati, the learned Senior Advocate, who is to argue the matter, is actually on his legs in a matter before another Bench, and is unable to see this matter. She, therefore, prays that the matter may be adjourned.

2.The request of Ms. Mita Panchal is accepted, and it is ordered accordingly.
