This application has been filed with prayer to quash the chargesheet in case crime No. 636 of 2007 under sections 9/51 wild life Protection Act, 27 Arms Act and section 3(1) U.P. Gangster Act P.S. Raunahi, District Faizabad pending in the court learned Special Judge (Gangster Act), Faizabad.
From the perusal of the record, it appears that on the basis of material collected by the I.O. the prima facie offence is made out. Therefore, there is no irregularities or illegality in filing the charge-sheet, the prayer for quashing the charge-sheet is refused.
Accordingly this application is dismissed.
