JUDGMENT / ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 10.09.2015 and to investigate the matter, within a time frame.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on instructions, would submit that in this case, the petition enquiry has been conducted and subsequently, the same has been closed. He produced a xerox copy of the closure report before this Court.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court is of the opinion that no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
