This revision is filed against the order dated 07-12-2010 through which the VIII Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad dismissed I.A No. 911 of 2010 in O.S No.1042 of 2010.
The petitioner filed the suit for the redemption of mortgage against the respondents. The I.A was filed for production of Sograbegum. Neither any relevancy is mentioned nor the basis was indicated. The trial Court dismissed the application after discussing the matter at length.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no orders are necessary in this revision at this stage.
The C.R.P is accordingly dismissed. The miscellaneous petitions filed in this revision shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
