In compliance of the earlier of this this Court, learned Standing Counsel has obtained instructions which is placed before this Court and the same is taken on record.
By means of the present petition, the petitioner has prayed for following relief:
(i) issue a writ, order of direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the concern authority to remove the illegal encroachment of respondent no. 06 and 07 from Khata No. 397 GAta No. 66, Area 0.0080 hectare Chakroad situated in village Baraipar, Pargana Ghisuwa, Tehsil Machhali Shahar, District Jaunpur within stipulated period as directed by this Hon'ble Court and make it egress ad ingress for public purpose.
In the instructions placed today before this Court, there is report of Tehsildar to the effect that a case has been registered under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 against the alleged encroachers as Case No. T 201814360302569.
In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed. However, it is expected that the proceedings drawn against the alleged encroachment shall be concluded as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, the petition is consigned to record.
