Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The primary prayer made in the writ petition, reads thus:
"A. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of ceritorari quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 7.4.2017 [Annexure no 1] lodged at case crime 161 of 2017 under section 498A, 323, 420, 504, 506, I.P.C. and 3/4 Dowry prohibition Act Police Station- Sadar Bazar, District- Saharanpur."
Mr. Syed Ali Murtaza, learned AGA, on instructions, submits that a Charge Sheet, bearing no.207 of 2017 dated 26.09.2017 has already been filed, and in view thereof, this petition renders infructuous.
The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous. It is, however, open to the petitioners to take appropriate remedy, if they so desire and are advised, for appropriate relief.
