JUDGMENT / ORDER

The present applications are filed for restoration of First Appeals which came to be dismissed for default.
In view of the averments made in the applications, the prayer made in terms of paragraph No.9(B) to (D) is granted. First Appeals are ordered to be restored to file, on condition to remove office objections within five days.
List the First Appeals for hearing on 10th May 2012.
