JUDGMENT / ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice.] It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that the writ petition filed for orders on the concerned respondent to provide the petitioner with correct answers as given in the key answer book issued by the second respondent, to certain questions, in the 12th standard public examination 2015-2016 has become infructuous.
2.The Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
