JUDGMENT / ORDER

Today, when the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that admission for MBBS/BDS courses for the academic year 2016-2017 is over, the writ petition has become infructuous.
2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
