JUDGMENT / ORDER

In both these writ petitions, the respective petitioners seek for a mandamus directing the respondents to admit the petitioners in the first year of MBBS course for the academic year 2004-2005.
2. This Court, by way of an interim order dated 01.07.2004, directed the second respondent to call the petitioner for counselling and for giving allotment to a college to be decided by the second respondent.
3. Today, the writ petitions are posted for final disposal.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in pursuant to the above order passed by this Court, the petitioners have joined the MBBS course and also completed the same and obtained the degree as well and therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition to be adjudicated upon further.
5. Accordingly, both these writ petitions are disposed of, as the relief sought for in these writ petitions has been already granted to the petitioners and the same is also worked out. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
