JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned counsel Mr.V.Rajendran, appearing for the petitioner represented that the petitioner is minor and she also represented by her guardian, now the minor petitioner is died. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous and the Civil Revision petition has to be dismissed.
2.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Revision petition is dismissed as one having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
