JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the appellants submitted that the minor has attained majority and the matter has become infructuous. Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal may be dismissed as infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. M. GOVINDARAJ, J.
