JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the second appeal is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the appellant.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the matter has been resolved between the parties by way of oral instruction.
3. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to keep the matter pending. Accordingly, the second appeal stands dismissed as settled. However, liberty is given to the parties to file appropriate application, if so advised. No costs.
