Contending that she answered certain questions correctly, now, the writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to award 7 marks to the petitioner's daughter in respect of question Nos.19,21 and 24 in Biology-Zoology paper.

3. Mr.V.Anandhamoorthy, learned Additional Government Pleader would produce the marks after re-valuation in respect of question No.19, 20, 21 and 24. In respect of question no.19, the petitioner's daughter originally obtained 1 mark and the same has been confirmed on re-valuation. As far as question No.20 is concerned, the petitioner's daughter was granted 3 marks originally and on re- valuation, for not giving complete answer, 1 ½ marks was reduced. As far as question nos.21 and 24 are concerned, the petitioner's daughter was awarded 'Zero' marks originally and after re-valuation, the petitioner's daughter was awarded 2 marks each for question nos. 21 and 24 and four marks given originally has been changed, on re-valuation, to 3 ½ marks.
3. Since the re-valuation has been done and the marks have been awarded, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Connected M.P. is closed.
