This is a petition filed under section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure seeking transfer of O.P.(Div)No.861/2011 pending before the Family Court, Thiruvalla to Family Court, Pathanamthitta. 2. Suffice to say that the marital relationship between the petitioner and the respondent became bitter, and that resulted in the litigations. The respondent instituted O.P.(Div)No.861/2011 before the Family Court, Thiruvalla seeking dissolution of marriage. The petitioner also filed O.P.Nos.326/2013 and 327/2013 before the Family Court, Thiruvalla for realization of money along with gold ornaments and for divorce respectively.
3. The petitioner says that she finds it extremely difficult to go over to Family Court, Thiruvalla to attend the posting of the case as there is nobody to accompany her. She therefore prays that the matter may be transferred to Family Court, Pathanamthitta.
4. Though notice was served on the respondent, there is no appearance on his behalf and no objection has been filed for transfer.

5. In the light of the fact that no objection has been filed by the respondent, there is no reason to deny the relief prayed for by the petitioner.
Hence this transfer petition is allowed and O.P.(Div) No.861/2011 pending before the Family Court, Thiruvalla shall stand transferred to Family Court, Pathanamthitta.
