All that the petitioners pray is for early consideration of an application for temporary injunction in a suit for declaration and perpetual injunction. I direct the court of the Munsiff of Vaikom to dispose of I.A. No. 1622/2012 in O.S. No. 258/2012 on its file expeditiously. Every endeavour shall be made to pass final orders thereon within a period of one month from today.
2. The petitioners point out that the objection to the application for temporary injunction has already been filed. The petitioners also contend that two reports of the Advocate Commissioner are also on record. Therefore the parties shall maintain status quo till orders are passed in I.A. No. 1622/2012 as directed above.
The Original Petition is disposed of.
