JUDGMENT / ORDER

1.0 Heard learned advocate Mr. GT Dayani for the petitioner - original complainant. The learned advocate for the petitioner invited attention of the Court to Annexure 'A', page 15 - a Bailable Warrant, which is directly sent to the Assistant Commandant, Central Reserve Police Force, Golf Course Road, Ajmer (Rajasthan). He also invited attention of the Court to page 37, wherein, an order passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ankleshwar dated 23rd September 2011 is produced. The order is found to be totally illegible. Similarly, order at page 20, dated 27th March 2012 is also found to be illegible. Last but not the least, order at page 24, dated 27th March 2012 is also found to be illegible.
2.0 Rule.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr. Patel waives service of process of Rule for respondent No. 1 - State. Notice as to interim relief returnable on 17th May 2012. In the meantime, ad-interim relief in terms of Para 14(F).
2.1 The Registry is directed to obtain the typed copies of the above-referred orders from the office of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ankleshwar, if required, by fax.
2.2 Direct service is permitted today.
