Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State as also perused the record.
The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed against the order dated 03.04.2018, by which the revisional court has rejected the application filed by the applicant, seeking service on the opposite parties no. 4 and 5 in that revision.
At present, it appears that the learned court below has rejected the application for the reason that the address of the opposite parties no. 4 and 5 in the revision was not on record.
The revision itself is still pending.
In view of the above, in the first place there is no apparent error in the order passed by the revisional court as may warrant any interference at this stage.
However, in any case, if the applicant is in the know of correct address of the opposite parties no. 4 and 5 (in the revision pending before the learned court below), it shall always remain open to the applicant to file an application supported by his affidavit to bring the said address on record.
If such an application alongwith affidavit filed by the applicant, it will also remain open to the learned court below to examine the same and pass appropriate orders as may appear to just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and proceed in accordance with law.
