THIS REVIEW PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER This Court by the order dated 2.11.2018 finally granted one week’s time to comply with the office objections. Again on 4.12.2018 two weeks’ time was granted and on 20.2.2019, finally one week’s time was granted for compliance of office objections. On 26.3.2019 since none appeared for the petitioner, the matter was adjourned by one week. On the last occasion i.e., on 4.4.2019 as none appeared, the matter was directed to be posted on 8.4.2019.
2. Today also though called twice in the pre-lunch session as well as post-lunch session, none appears for the review petitioner. Even the review petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the review petition. Accordingly, review petition is dismissed for non- compliance of office objections.
