JUDGMENT / ORDER

RULE.
Learned APP Ms. Krina Calla waives service of notice of Rule for the respondent - State.
The applicant has preferred this application for extension of temporary bail for a period of 30 days on the ground that his father aged 62 years is suffering from left renal calcury and urinary tract infection and the surgery for removal of stone is fixed on 16.01.2012.
Vide order dated 03.01.2012 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.2/2012 (Hon'ble Mr. Justice A.J. Desai), the applicant was granted temporary bail for a period of 2 weeks.
Considering overall facts and circumstances, the applicant's temporary bail is extended for a period of two (2) days only from today, on the usual terms and conditions and on completion of the period of temporary bail, the applicant shall surrender in time before the jail authority.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is partly allowed. Rule made absolute to the aforesaid extent. Direct Service is permitted today.
