JUDGMENT / ORDER

The applicant accused of offences punishable under Sections 346, 365, 384, 323, 504, 506(2) and 114 of the Indian Penal Code seeks temporary bail on the ground of various ailments of his wife aged 28 years who is suffering from polycystic ovary disease and multiple anal fissues and necessary Medical Certificate is annexed which is again verified by the police authority. In the past, when the applicant was granted temporary bail, he had reported to the jail authority in time.
Considering overall facts and circumstances and nature of ailment of wife of the applicant for which she has no support of any of the members of her parental side as well as her in-laws and since the applicant is the only person to take care of his wife and considering his overall jail record, the applicant is granted two (2) weeks of temporary bail, from the date of his release, on furnishing a personal bond of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only), on the usual terms and conditions and to the satisfaction of the jail authority and on completion of the period of temporary bail, the applicant shall surrender in time before the jail authority.
With the aforesaid, this application is allowed. Rule made absolute to the aforesaid extent. Direct Service is permitted.
