MR.Maulik Nanavati, learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives service of Rule for the respondent-State.
The instant application is filed, seeking further extension of order of temporary bail dated 28.05.2012 passed in Criminal Misc. Application No.7006 of 2012.
Having considered the submissions advanced on behalf of both the sides, so also considering the medical certificate annexed with this application, wherein it is stated that the surgery of wife of the applicant-accused is now scheduled on 27.06.2012, the application deserves to be partly allowed.
The application is partly allowed and the temporary bail order dated 28.05.201l, passed in Criminal Misc. Application No.7006 of 2012, is further extended till 2nd July, 2012, on the same terms and conditions. Upon completion of period of temporary bail, the applicant shall immediately surrender before the jail authority on 3rd July,2012.
Application stands disposed of. Rule made absolute accordingly. Direct service is permitted.
