Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Rohit Pandey, learned counsel for the respondents.
Present Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to permit the petitioner to appear in the IIIrd year Supplementary Examination of the Course Bachelor of Science in Radiology & Imaging Techniques (B.R.I.T.) IIIrd year examination.
Representation in this regard had already been filed by the petitioner to the Registrar of the Chhatrapati Sahuji Mahraj University, Kanpur, copy of the same has been appended at page 30 of the Writ Petition.
Under these circumstances, Registrar of the Chhatrapati Sahuji Mahraj University, Kanpur is directed to decide the said representation by a reasoned and speaking order as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. Order Date :- 20.12.2019 T. Sinha
