M/S.Mil Controls Limited vs Assistant Commissioner

High Court Of Kerala|30 May, 2014
|

JUDGMENT / ORDER

The counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner-company had availed the Amnesty Scheme for settling the similar issues raised in the writ petition. This matter also likely to have been settled facilities offered under the Amnesty Scheme. He seeks adjournment. However, considering the fact that these original petitions pending since 2002 and the petitioner-company reported to have settled the similar issue, I close these original petitions. It is open for the petitioner-company to reopen these original petitions by filing a memo, if the petitioner-company had not settled issues in the Amnesty Scheme.
