The operation and implementation of the impugned award dated 14.11.2013 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/Additional District Judge, Court No.4, Sitapur in Claim Petition No. 384 of 2012 (Smt. Geeta Devi and others vs Mihi Lal and others) shall remain suspended subject to condition that the appellant deposits the half of the entire amount of compensation after adjustment of stattuory amount of Rs.25,000/-, under award before the tribunal within a period of one month, which shall be kept in an interest bearing securities in a Nationalized Bank for a period of two years.
Learned counsel for appellant shall deposit the requite amount for summoning the lower court's record as per Court Rules.
