JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard. A direction as sought by the petitioners cannot be granted. This court has already granted anticipatory bail to them on 19.8.2014 as per the order in bail application No. 6028/14. If the petitioners find it difficult to comply with the conditions for bail, the proper remedy is to make application for modification or cancellation of the condition. When an order passed under Section 438 Cr.P.C is in force this court cannot pass orders under Section 482 Cr.P.C as sought by the petitioners.
With these observations this Crl.M.C is closed.
