JUDGMENT / ORDER

Copy of this civil application is served to the learned advocates for the respondents. When this civil application was taken up for hearing, learned Senior Counsel Mr. R.J.Oza has, under the instructions from the officer who is present in the Court, stated before this Court that since the main Special Civil Application No. 8204 of 2011 is posted for hearing on 12.1.2012, no coercive recovery shall be effected till 13.1.2012. This Civil Application stands adjourned to 12.1.2012.
