Heard Mr. M.C. Barot, learned advocate for the applicants and Mr. Himanshu Patel, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent No.1.
Despite service of notice, the respondent No.2 has not bothered to file appearance.
Having regard to the nature of the allegations made in the first information report and the submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the applicants, issue rule, returnable on 25th November, 2013. Mr. Himanshu Patel, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, waives service of notice of rule on behalf of respondent No.1.
By way of interim relief, further proceedings of Criminal Case No.1027 of 2007 pending in the court of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Court No.7, Ahmedabad arising out of the first information report registered vide Amraivadi Police Station I- C.R. No.209 of 2007, are hereby stayed.
