1. Petitioner was a student of a graduate course in Commerce. He failed to qualify in one of the language papers, viz., Hindi. The petitioner applied for the third chance permitted by the University, the results of which have not yet been published.
2. Learned standing counsel for the University submits that the results will be published as early as possible, at any rate, on or before 31.10.2014. It is also submitted that the petitioner's application for intimation of confidential marks would be considered and the same would be forwarded to the College concerned immediately on the tabulation being concluded.
Recording the above submission of the University, the writ petition is disposed off.
