JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.V.Lakshminarayanan, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2. The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to form 16 members of Administrative Body consists of four members each in South Street Rawthar, North Street Rawthar, Mappillaimargal and Lebbaimargal of Hakthar Uravinmurai to administer the Erwadi Kuthba Pallivasal, Erwadi, Ramanathapuram District.
3. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though a representation seeking for the above relief has been made to the 1st respondent, the same not been considered so far.
4. Learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the said representation will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed within the time stipulated by this Court.
5. Thus, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
